What we collect

What we never see
Card numbers. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits, nothing more.
Our legal basis
- Performing our contract with you — everything needed to deliver an order you placed.
- Your consent — marketing email, which you opt into and can leave in one click.
- Our legitimate interests — fraud prevention, and measuring which adverts work.
- Legal obligation — keeping financial records.

We never sell your data, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Advertising measurement
If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram advert, we tell Meta that a purchase happened so we can tell which adverts are worth paying for. Your email and phone number are hashed with SHA-256 before they leave our server, so Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint rather than your details. You can opt out of this kind of measurement in your Meta account settings, or by blocking third-party scripts in your browser.

Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@sfiva.ae and we will respond within 30 days. Marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link in every message.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Order data is stored on our host outside the public web root, and administrative access is password-protected with rate limiting and session timeouts. No system is perfect; if we ever suffer a breach affecting you, we will tell you.
Children
This shop is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
