When your order goes out
Orders placed before 4pm Gulf Standard Time on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Friday and Saturday, go out on the next working day.
Tracking
You get an email the moment your order is confirmed and another when it ships, carrying the courier name and tracking number. You can also look it up any time on our tracking page using your order number and the phone number on the order.
Cash on delivery
Available in Pakistan and the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready — couriers rarely carry change. The courier will call the number on your order before arriving. For larger orders we confirm by WhatsApp before dispatching.
Customs and duties
Orders outside Pakistan and the UAE may attract import duty or local tax, which is set by your country and is not something we can calculate or pay on your behalf. Any such charge is the recipient's responsibility.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking has not moved for five working days, or a parcel arrives damaged, message us straight away on WhatsApp or email info@sfiva.ae. We will chase the courier and, if the parcel is lost, replace or refund it.
